The drivers were great, we only had issues with Janet. It was the worst customer service my family & I have had & it really stressed us even more than traveling already does. We did this & Janet literally started yelling at us to pay $90 because she works with three “mikes” & refuses to give us the deal we were promised. They also have two level 2 charging stations one is for customers that get in a bind (not for long term parking), and the other is for charging the electric. These are 15/20 amp receptacles, so if you have a NEMA 5-20 adapter (and a capable EVSE) you can pull 16 amps. NEVER book this car parking company in Chicago. We had the WORST experience ever with the desk lady JANET.
